Nick Christense

Nick Christensen has enjoyed the Duluth, Minnesota area for a number of years.  He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Minnesota Duluth.  This foundation of education has led him to continue additional learning throughout his real estate career.

With over 6 years experience in the real estate industry he has been able to help his clients with both loans and with their real estate needs.  He has pursued additional education requirements to keep up to date with market trends to allow him to best serve his clients.  One of his most recent achievements is earning the SFR Designation (Short Sales & Foreclosure Resource).  Earning this designation, which requires classroom time, has given him the tools and methods to help buyers and sellers facing challenging times.

Keeping up with the real estate market for Nick, also means taking action in the local real estate industry.  He is currently President-elect for Duluth Area Association of Realtors and a Board Member for the Technological Advancement Committee of the Duluth Association of Realtors.  Along with these duties he is the Manager of Prodigy Real Estate.
